Dron
Talk about 'Tropical Flies', for saltwater theres more than 100 flies, but for most important ones , you need four types: - Lefty Deceiver - Crazy Charlie - Crab pattern - Minnow Clouser (though a freshwater fly, but very popular for saltwater too, provided you tie in the correct color combination)
These four flies will catch most of the tropical fish e.g: bone fish, blue fin, GT, bonito and mahi mahi (Dorado) For tropical freshwater; there's thousands and thousands of different flies, which will take us till kingdom come to learn. Personally, the best way to know flies work, observe and let the environment you are fishing in teach you. That's the beatuy about fly fishing.
From my recent observation at Bukit Cahaya at Shah Alam, I find this fly works best - the white dragon fly
 Cheers Pak Amin

Hi hammerhead,
This is my first post here, being following your interesting and eye opening posts. But I can't seem to find the tutorial on making the wings. Can you point me where it is. Like to learn from a master tyer like your and your master on the finer art of flytying.
Can show how you make the wings?
