we're all beginners. share share thoughts & designs mah. kudos to UNCLE dron for the initiative of starting this thread! the way i tie flies may not be according to the actual methods, so kindly improvise and share with us back any new developments ya.
so what's next? mantis prawn...? thinking.......

Your scud looks good, but better if you use Unithread no. 6 or no.8. so that the head wont look so bulky.

thank you for your comment. i'm using uni-thread 6/0. i just felt the thread need more grip on the materials especially the wire ribbing from falling apart while casting.
will improve on that. thank you. |

This is my first Attempt to tie a tiger prawn.... ummm.... I personal think it not good enough... will try to improve it when got the time to simplify and to make it tie friendly for everyone....
